    Prompt delivery, item was exactly as described at time of despatch and a genuine Mercedes part. Sadly courier did not treat package with any respect so lamp cluster arrived damaged. Excellent communication and assistance from seller up against a very obstructive e-Bay Simple courier. If this experience of a courier that I would not use out of choice is what the enforced "Simple" postage system is going to be like e-Bay are in trouble. A+++ e-Bayer, Thank you very much!!

    Door arrived earlier than expected which was great, an additional item was sent by mistake as well but the communication was excellent, I advised them of the mistake and this was resolved very quickly so the correct customer received their item, very excellent company do deal with and will be using them again, keep up the great work.
