The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly .     Original LG product, so worked perfectly as it should. It was a used item, but looked very well cared for. Did not need programming as LG OEM remote, worked straight away.
