Item as described, packaged well and sent quickly. Very fair price. I am VERY impressed with the finishing of these tools, they are better than they look in the listing images. I expected to have to hand finish and polish these myself, but they are excellent right out of the box, on par with those from Switzerland at almost 10x the price. Thank you very much. Sold us a faulty totally non functional print head. Immediately produces a B203 error code (canon code for print head malfunction). Not a new item just (poorly) washed and put into a generic package. Does not want to pay for return shipping which is $43 CAD to get the faulty $34.68 CAD item back to china with tracking. Now is trying to get us to accept an offer of 20% refund for us to go away. Yea right. We just want our money back so we can buy a working print head.
