I found it’s faster to dry herbs in the sun. It’s recommended to put fruit in the sun first to dry as much moisture as possible before using the dehydrator. It will make the process faster instead of taking 16 to 20 hours which I thought was way too long

Suitable size for 2-4. It does a great job on fries n pies. I have done other dishes with it too. So happy with it at least four friends and my grand daughter have one now and they love theirs too. PS - Cleaning is simple if you soak it in the sink with hot hot water and detergent for an hour then scrub with a dish brush. Taking care not to bark your knuckles on the tab in the outer pan.
