Pure one DAB radio PSU.
It is difficult to actually say much about this PSU for my "Pure One" DAB radio. It replaces the first replacement one. The actual original Pure PSU only lasted about two years before just dying. I bought a cheap replacement that lasted about four years before dying, so I bought this one. It is in use most days and works exactly as it should. The voltage when checked under load is perfect and the current capacity certainly is sufficient for the radio when tested on high audio volume. The internal regulation therefore is working perfectly. The black PSU casing doesn't get warm after prolonged use at normal volume. The original Pure PSU did get warm which probably helped it to fail and die early. Does the job.
Replacement for the original power cord which became faulty this power cord works well although it seems more prone to picking up interference than the original.Judicious orientation of the radio aerial is required but overall this item performs satisfactorilly.
