... paired with another modern classic. If you're into keeping physical media for the rainy days without streaming, this should be a first purchase. AFCW is, IMHO, the best comedy of all time, along with Arthur, Super Troopers, and Bigger Longer and Uncut. Perfect performances from a perfect cast. It's a twice-a-year watch. Get Shorty also rocks incredibly hard, with notable performances by Hackman, Lindo, and Gandolfini.

It's humorous. If you haven't seen the movie, see it. Sometimes you just need to laugh. This movie will pick you up when your down. Jamie Lee Curtis does an excellent job.

Full of performances that may take many actors to school, "A Fish Called Wanda" is appealing to adults young and old. Certain to hook you from the opening scene, this movie is a real catch. Joseph Dantona 22 April 2017

This DVD was purchased to replace a VHS tape that I have. At present I am trying to replace my VHS tapes with DVDs as I like the format better and feel they will last longer. This is one of my favorite comedies and has a host of my favorite comedians. If you are a Monte Python fan you will enjoy the antics of John Cleese as Archie Leach, Michael Palin as Ken Pile, and Patricia Hayes as the crotchety Mrs. Coady. On this side of the Atlantic you have Jamie Lee Curtis as Wanda Gershwitz (co-conspirator) and Kevin Kline as Otto the un-employed CIA assassin. There are many other cast members that are perfectly cast so as to make the film fly by. This is one of the best directed comedies and it will leave you wanting more. If you have not seen this film yet you do owe it to yourself just to see the chemistry between Cleese, Curtis, and Kline and how well they play off of each other. This is one of the funniest films I have ever seen.Read full review
