Having the 10 minute workouts is great as you can do as much as you have time for. The ab workout is so tough! You will need weights and a ball. I didn’t realise it’s not actually Davina leading the exercises but her instructor but Davina is there alongside her and does keep you smiling.

Inspite of Davina looking quite ill on this DVD and not healthy at all bless her, the trainer is in fabulously healthy shape and fitness. This DVD is great for toning and I use this in addition to my cardio workouts. After using this DVD I can certainly feel the muscles have been worked although I would not use this in replacement of my daily Jillian Michael's workouts to maintain my fitness but as an extra toning DVD it is fun and the music is great
