Arrived without handrails but Seller was very helpful and promptly sourced and sent the handrails which were easy to fit. Have used for a week and very pleased overall, note that it is very heavy when installing, and the provided hand hook is required to nudge the bottom steps a little to retract fully when closing to clear recess (this may be due to the extra 12th step). Strongly recommended.
