I ordered a phone case plus a screen protector in a single item order. I received a delivery within the estimated timeframe, but it only had the case in it. As the seller stated in the item description, I direct messaged them and they apologised and offered either to re-send the missing screen protector or refund the proportional cost. I opted for them to re-send it and it arrived in the mail within the estimated timeframe. Not a "perfect" transaction, but their customer service was great!
