I took a chance on this decline sit-up bench due to its low price and had low expectations. Being 6 ft. tall and 195 lbs., I was skeptical about its durability and stability but, there again, the price provided a pretty safe risk/reward ratio. Well, whaddaya know! The little bench actually works! For home use it is completely adequate and, since I keep it set up and out of the way, I went from doing zero sit-ups prior to getting the bench to about 200 a day now. It's convenient to use and a great motivator. I don't know how long it will last since it is obviously not something you will find in a commercial gym but, on the other hand, use it sensibly and there shouldn't be any problems.

I'm close to 6' tall and weigh around 235lbs, somewhat muscular. The only down side to this situp Bench is that I just barely fit it. If you are any bigger or taller than 6' you might have a problem. Other than that, it does fine- I am able to use it even though I'm on the large side for it.

Look it is cheaply built but it is lightweight and for under $50 I had to have it. The only features it is missing is foldable and accessories for it. I set it against the wall and enjoy looking at it when not using it. Yes, I would recommend it to those who cannot afford a bow flex.

. This was just what I was looking for; an inexpensive sturdy sit up bench..It was under fifty bucks , shipped pretty fast and was sturdy enough for my 200 lbs.

It is a good sit up bench and easy to set up but if you consider yourself tall I would not recommend.
