This pad does everything that the description says. The color is good, the size is good, and the web access has a nice speed. The only problem is the battery life which may be okay as I haven't had a pad before. I also haven't tried to download any apps yet. I will be using this for storing topo maps and information about old ghost towns and mining camps in the American SW and it is already proving to do a great job.
The lack of google playstore is a serious pitfall. I bought one almost three years ago, and it had already been discontinued by the manufacturer, who can only offer limited support. This is the only tablet they've made; mostly they do iPad COVERS now. As it's only Android 4.0, a lot of more current apps won't run, IF you can find them (getjar site is kinda lame - you might try rawapk instead). Far more capable tablets available elsewhere at a fraction of the price.
