Good design, works well, seems quite well made, and should fit just about anybody—my head is fairly large, about 61 cm, and there's plenty of adjustment left. Comfortable too (grabs at my beard a bit, but that's only to be expected). Overall a very good product.

This is well made and inexpensive, but simply does not work. It does not stop or even reduce snoring. I think that the problem is that in order to stop snoring (as the dentist-fitted in-mouth devices do), the lower jaw has to be moved forward (away from the neck), which also moves the tongue forward, preventing the rear of the tongue from touching the back of the throat, preventing snoring. These devices all move the jaw backwards--counterproductive. A pity. We have tried several other band sets like this with various patterns and brands, some costing as much as $60 ,but they are all useless.

I found it to be too tight, I do not recall different sizes being offered. Regards Peter

This chin strap works well but it is very heavy and my cheeks and chin sweated profusely under it. As well, it was hard to fasten the large velcro square at the back of my head without it catching my hair. It certainly kept my mouth shut, which was its purpose, but I have discarded it after two night's use.

It really isn't anti snore as in most cases the snore won't be stopped by holding people's jaws shut. It does however help in keeping your mouth shut so you won't wake up with a terribly dry mouth. In some situations the product might even help reduce the snoring, but not in most cases, including mine. However it is not a bad product, it just doesn't really stop snoring.
