Okay so let me say that communication with seller is GREAT. Even before I bought as I was asking questions...quick and pleasant responses. The item was broken during shipping. The seller took the initiative and found someone to fix it in my town. Had their own communication with the fixer shop and paid bill — I didn't have to do anything but drop it off and pick it up.
