Looks good. Painful assembly, but you can get it done, it would help to have a second person to put the shelves/doors on. Definitely doesn't hold as many adult shoesas suggested and they fall around when opening and closing. But still good. Definitely hides your shoes away. Overall, I'd still recommend it for sure

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
