Value for money.
The value for money is great. The power of the vacuum was surprising, I think it surpasses most units I’ve ever used. I’ve had major brand vacuums for years and they all seem to have a similar expiry, so I thought if they all are a throw away product now days then why not buy a more price viable option. On the downside, it’s a bit noisier than most other products and the head needs changing for carpet. Otherwise a great option. The value for money is great. Sadly dissapointed in this product.
To start, the product looks great. It always falls over when using and switches off. The product is to light and hoses are not long enough. Power lead is to short. Has great suction but does not perform as good as we expected. Would not recommend to anyone about " this " type of vacuum cleaner.

Poor Design - Tips over constantly, Does not slide on carpet very well as brushes (in the upright position) still hang down too far and catch on carpet, hair gets caught on brushes requiring constant removal - Does have very good suction though!!

Great suction when the filter isn't clogged which happens too regularly. Filter isn't the easiest to clean. Never get the barrel even half full before needing to clean the filter. Constantly tips over while using as it's unstable but doesn't effect performance. Very noisy. Get what you pay for but does the job.
