This is a good basic phone that costs very little. It is small (the fundamental reason I purchased the phone), good looking, and functions just fine for the needs that I have. Battery is very limited if using Bluetooth or Wifi, however just fine otherwise. Mine didn't come with a USB cable, and I had an incredible challenge getting it to communicate with my PC (W7 and W10). OS is very basic and stripped down, with limited options and bloatware. Doesn't come with an MP3 player, so i had to download one. However, for my purposes (text / fb / phone / mp3 player) I like it.
