High quality remotes Buttons are a bit sticky to get my hate going. Have to hold it down for a few seconds or push it a couple of time. But over all they work and are a good price

The product is a cheaper alternative to the all-plastic "original" BFT remotes. Drawbacks are that the button needs to be pressed and held for a second or two for it to work. Also, its range is less than the original remotes - around 4-5 meters compared to 10-15 meters for the old. Apparently this is due to the metal components in thi design compared to the all-plastic original. When opened to replace the battery, the cheap construction and design become more apparent. To summarize - they look good but from a durability and reliability view-point I cannot recommend.

The remote is great and with instructions, however have not been game enough to program yet . Conflicting instructions, buttons on receiver are tiny and not marked . Will attempt in the next couple of days.

The instructions weren't accurate or easy to follow. the range is not good and one of the buttons has stopped working. Perhaps ours was a dud.

Initially it would not do the "cloning" procedure using an existing remote. Then I discovered a switch in the control box had to be on for "radio learning" to work. Once I did that the remote was programmed. The sliding cover is handy to prevent accidental pressing of the buttons.
