Verified purchase

Item was apparently sent, but never arrived. Contacted seller, no feedback, contacted again, they responded saying it was sent, we will look into it. Eventually they sent another one. The tracking on the second item was totally inaccurate. Extended out by a week, then turned up unexpectedly. Packaging of item was poor. Was wrapped around itself, so I had to unfold and it get back to original shape as best as possible.
