First of all it’s not made with cheap materials. It’s made from light carbon fibre just like TDF racing bikes. The ABS anti locking electronic brakes are excellent. Yes they are quite quick in operation but that’s what you want and if you you lean back a little as you should they are actually fun to use and won’t ever lock up on you. Incidentally many of the top end brands such as the Segway Ninebot scooter use this same brake system. The greatest benefit of this scooter is its amazing light weight. I’ve done over 100km in 2 weeks and I fold it up and carry it easily with one hand around the supermarket. Like all makers do the claims for speed and range is a bit optimistic as they base their estimates on ideal conditions. Folding and unfolding is super quick and secure. The kickstand is very well designed so the scooter won’t get blown over if it’s windy. Perfect for the commute to and from work or just fun on the weekends. Read full review

I’ve charged to full and run dry 3 times so far to test this. Total distance: about 40km, average speed: 12km/hr. Weight tested on: 70kg and 100kg. Speed: Max speed when raised in the air (no resistance) is 24km/hr, not 30 (picture is screenshot of video). On a flat the speed is 12-15 km/hr regardless of the rider is 70kg or 100kg. fastest I got was 28 going down a decent slope. anything uphill at all will put you down to 10km/hr and under. Distance: I took a 7km route which read 10km on the odo and it lasted roughly “15km” on the odo. It’s not easy to fold either, you need to wiggle the switch instead of just pushing it. If you’re happy to go 10-15km down the street, at an average of 12kn/hr, and pushing up slopes, than it’s OK, but in actuality the specs are cut in half or less

Nice sleek design. However, once it scrapes or hits the ground, the materials come off. These things should be much more durable but since it is cheap materials, it does not last. Not worth more than 100 bucks. Check the reviews on YouTube and other forums before buying.

On the basis that most reviews seemed positive on this product , I decided to purchase the unit as it would have fit my needs. HOWEVER, after having received it and trying it out it did not meet the specs shown. The charger was incorrect for the battery (lower than needed and hence would not fully charge), the unit was sooooo slow and max speed on the dial was poor. It was returned.

Seems to go ok. Dosnt like big hard jolts loses charge after hits. The control selector is a bit dodgy and doesn't always work as it should
