I have acarage with lantana and it carved it up effortlessly. The only downside side is the bump feed uses the cord awfully fast . Fair bit of stopping to re-thread new line.

They contacted me & gave me the choice of giving my money back or waiting for another belt sander. Because of the quality of the sander I opted to wait for another sander. It arrived safely & very pleased with the unit. 😀
