Was thrilled to finally locate a quality Bluetooth headset. However the set is not exactly easy to operate. The light led does not help & i have not been able to tell if item is switched on or not. Battery life was too short & when i did connect by Bluetooth the mic was not sensitive enough & callers could not hear me well although mic was closest to mouth. I tried removing the foam wind cover but that did not help either. Audio quality is very poor to so-so. Hence great design but needs a lot of improvement. Cannot honestly recommend to all.
