I'm running a homelab server on one of these - so far so good. PC is as described, performs well enough. The 16GB model comes with only one RAM stick installed, so a second can be purchased separately and installed alongside it. The 2.5" slot has a secure bracket for installing a secondary drive, but I had to bend/squish the SATA cable a bit more than I was comfortable with to be able to actually plug it into the drive.
