I wear hearing aids in both ears. I'd have to remove one to use an 'earwig style' Bluetooth mic/receiver. The Head Boom easily fits comfortably over my hearing aid. I also have a 3 to 4 hour daily round trip drive to work and home. This is worth every Penny.

It's an exceptional headset for the price. It's only real drawbacks are a limited battery life and the ear piece is a bit small. Good for a back up or using for gaming but talking on the phone on the road it's only marginal.
