ARC connection is unstable
I’m a great admirer of Bose products and love it for its amazing sound quality. However, I had tough time setting up the HDMI ARC with my LG C8 OLED tv. The setup instructions is straight forward but making it work is a nightmare. After tweaking different settings, I managed to make it work but the connection is unable. Every time I start my tv, the sound bar stop working and I have to repeat the setup again. This is annoying and unexpected from Bose who are known for their quality. Major disappointment
If you can get this soundbar and sub woofer to work with your Samsung TV - good luck. I've spent countless hours trying (as bose recommended) different HDMI cables and configurations to no avail. I upgraded from an old school audio cable setup to using HDMI ARC and it's been a disaster - at random times no audio, can't be restored until the cables are removed and everything is turned off/on. This is not satisfactory, I wish I'd stayed with my original 10y.o Bose setup that "just worked".Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good speakers, just a tad pricey

Never been let down by the sound quality of Bose. The sound bar doesn't give you much bass and it is especially true when you watch a movie and it alone doesn't give you the feeling that you are in the movie.
