I gave this seller a 1 star rating for communication. 7 days since contacting about an issue, still no reply! I gave the seller a 1 star rating for postage time. As others have stated, postage time was not good. Get off your lazy rear ends and post buyers property out to them in a timely fashion. I gave the seller a 1 star rating because the Ugg boots were clearly seconds. Photos sent to the seller show the poor quality, with the linings already Unglued when received. Easily seen, but shipped.
