I've been using my Breville breadmaker for years, and the paddle is the only part that hasn't lasted the distance. It's collapsible function is brilliant, but over time it stiffens up and will no longer collapse, and the non-stick coating starts to come off (probably because I have to use a knife to prize it out of the baked bread). It's great that I can buy a replacement part to maintain my breadmaker's excellent usefulness.

It makes a very good loaf. I noticed the needing is a lot longer maybe this is the result . Don't like the stainless steel cover prefer white. Does not show finger marks like stainless steel . Also the paddle gums up easily and is difficult to clean. Also expensive to replace. But the good loaf it makes, makes up for these small faults. Maurie Thiele
