explained to the seller that my two tumblers i purchased came defective and a weird green substance had leaked in from the bottom of the insulation of the cup. the seller will not send me replacements and keeps trying to offer me a 20% discount when i cannot use them. my niece almost drank out of it when i noticed the green substance. will not replace or refund the full amount of the clearly defective item?
