I used my oven for the first time last weekend. Fairly easy to assemble. I needed to juggle as I have a two burner stove. I learnt to turn gas up to get to right temperature and my apple beer cake below was the yummy result! I used a silicone loaf tin, all good.

We bought this so we could bake some low carb recipes on the road. We have cooked rolls, pizza, chocolate pudding and chicken strips so far and it cooked everything to perfection. We did have to upgrade our 2 burner gas bbq to one with a higher flame as the one we had took too long to get the oven up to temperature. Easy to put together and fold away. Doesn't take up too much room in the van. Very happy with it but would love a 2nd rack.

The Coleman stove top oven is well made and easy-to-use. My own it gives you value for money compared to what is on the market and dairies you're cooking regime when you are on the road. Making fresh cheese and Vegemite puff pastry rolls is always a treat. For improved efficiency a triple layer tin foil cover over the sides and top helps, without covering the vent at the rear on top of the oven. Good product it will last for years and years.

It's not that easy to put together, but it does work well, perhaps would be best if it had two shelves. Cools down quickly and that's good when you want to eat and go. A little too expensive for what it is though.
