I've been making greek yoghurt recently but hated the amount of yoghurt being wasted stuck to the cheesecloth. Hence I'm using this instead. A tip-it works if you refrigerate your new batch of yoghurt first, then put some into this device rather than pour straight into the device.. It holds about two cups of yoghurt up top and the let's the whey through. So for my 2L of milk converting to yoghurt it takes a few batches to strain but it's very easy to clean.
