I ordered a 1/4 violin bow for my child. It is twisted and very defective. Seller is giving me a hassle with a refund only wants to give me 50% back and leave me with no useable product. This is theft. The bow would be garbage in China so they are making a joke of me as their Canadian customer. I want to support China relations as I always have but this seller is upsetting me and insulting my intelligence. 500% markup they ship broken garbage and still profit if 50% refund and screw me over.
