After being told my item was damaged by the courier I was promised a new one would be sent asap as I needed it for an event. Well it took days after that conversation for the replacement to even be logged with a courier - the event is over and I now have an $80 expense for something I no longer need and has still not arrived Best part is when I asked if my item had even been posted I got told to now ask the courier any future questionsTerrible customer service and terrible communication

Great seller... A part was missing out of the tools I bought but it was not the sellers fault cos the toolbox was sealed with plastic a tamper seal and unopened...
