My skin care professional is responsible for introducing me to the Dermalogica skin care line. This was one of her first picks for me in getting started to the me under the layers of dried, neglected skin. It has been 5 weeks now and I am very pleased with the direction my skin is taking. This product was instrumental in getting it all started. I have found that I cannot use this twice a day any longer, it can become very drying, but I use it each night after a day in a harsh work environment and making sure that all traces of 16-hour makeup have been removed. I now use Dermalogica's Essential Cleanser for my morning regimen. It's milder and more hydrating before putting on a new coat of "war paint" (makeup) for another day. You can purchase this item with confidence that it will do exactly what it promises when used as directed. And if you were like me and waited a long while to get serious about making a difference in your skin, seek out a reliable estetician that can get you on the right path for your skin type. The only issue with the Dermalogica line of products is the price. Be prepared for stick-shock if you haven't purchased salon grade cosmetics in recent years. This is my first time trying this product and so far I love it. It reduces the process of my face regime. I do have one concern though, after not using this product for a couple of days I noticed that my face have a lot of white flaky skin around my mouth area. I’m 50. Dermatologist recommended and worth every penny. Excellent value if you buy the professional sizes (it’s smart to do that). My skin is transformed. Glowing, smooth and so soft to touch. My daughter 27 started using it and her cystic acne scars, bumps and red inflammation is nearly gone!! Nothing worked before and only made her skin worse. It’s literally changed her life! This line is out but this product has got to be the single best one they make. We won’t be without it. Ever.
