Author Biography
J. W. DUVALL is an author, lecturer, adjunct professor and developer of educational-technical publications. With over thirty years experience in the United States heavy industry, ship building, construction, engineering design, engineering inspection and code enforcement he has drawn on his extensive background to create the master study guide-workbooks that are now becoming available for study in the education-technical field. It is the intent of the study guide-workbooks to place in the hands of qualified instructors of continuing education important, inexpensive, easy to read and understand educational-technical material in the form of progressive multiple-choice question for specific subjects. OSHA, as is many are aware has undergone a major revision from 2010 and 2011. This major revision, updating and expansion has created the necessity to review and update all previous technical works related to Safety and Health in the workplace. With our United States Tax Law, the nature of taxation is such that IRS rules undergo constant review and examination for each tax year. Thus, the continuing need for review and to meet the changing conditions that surround our nation. The United States Code of Federal Regulations is a beautiful, vibrant, ever changing, landscape of the codification of the laws we Americans choose to live by, and we need inexpensive, easy to read, study and follow study guides and workbooks. Our new copyrighted works include study guide-workbooks for 29 CFR Labor, OSHA Parts 1903, 1904, 1910, and Part 1926. We are presently updating and converted our study guide-workbooks to the Amazon, Create Space and Kindle formats. Our Works do include the United States Tax Code and the Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). We have reviewed and updated IRS Publication 15, Employers Tax Guide and are reviewing IRS Depreciation tax rules and regulations. As each file from our library is updated, that file will be released for publication via Amazon, Create Space and Kindle. we will correspondingly update our other websites.
