      The same ones used in therapy

      I use the first one I bought as a cold pack. This one will be used as the hot pack - after in microwave. Haven’t gotten into the routine yet. Broke wrist more than 2 years ago. Still have problems in my hand. Thank you for my second one.

      Healing Hands
