The product itself is not satisfactory, and the description failed to mention that a signature is required upon delivery. Since I'm not home all the time, I had to go to the post office, which is 8 km away, to pick it up. If I had known this, I would have bought it from Kmart or another store. Overall, it's very inconvenient and not well described.

Item was not left at my house. And I was home. Had to pick it up from the post office. What is the point of requiring a signature on a parcel less than $10. Knock that off and leave it at our doors. That's why we use eBay. Great set and very happy with my purchase.

Seller states the purchase is based in Sydney, although it took nine days to send it one hour up the M1 to the Central Coast which took nine days.
Then, surprise; it’s only 1600 watt, not the so-called up to 2000 watt. Took over 10 minutes to cook a fried egg on after letting the plate heat up for fifteen minutes inside a closed garage.
Try to contact the seller before leaving bad feedback but no way of doing it.
