Hassle free packaging and delivery. Tried the cleaner on a greasy wooden floor with food scraps having been walked in. The results were amazing and easily dealt with. Now I wish I could take off the pads to clean and change them. Unfortunately I could not find a manual and I can't work it out myself. When I tried finding one on the internet I was disappointed.
