I contacted seller to advise the elevated Cat bowl was not up to Australian Safety stands for animals. It has no grip on the bottom and just slides across the floor. I did eventually receive a refund for one bowl however I purchased two. The second one eventually came however before receipting it at the post office I asked the post master to return to sender as I could feel through the packaging it was the same rubbish as the. I never received the full refund!
