Waited almost two weeks contacted Seller. Seller told me item should be shipping soon. Come to find out they didn’t even carry in stock. They shipped through the manufacturer. They told me that the manufacturer stopped production. They now have to ship from Australia. They wanted me to pay an additional $40 for shipping. This was on top of the $120 I was paying for it. That was unacceptable! Only positive, Joe sent my refund immediately. I rated 2 for communication because I had to initiate it!

We did not screw up, the manufacturer that ships them from Colorado did. (they have suddenly ceased all production with no notice given. they had told us plenty of stock, and did not give us warning) We do not believe this is acceptable either. we could not send it free freight from New Zealand. all of our listings have now been edited.I cancelled and refunded your money as soon as i knew the problem.We are doing our best to offer an alternative, or refunding.Kind regards Joe Marine Zone
