They communicated well but the issue is the item doesn't fit the Toyota Hilux steering wheel properly. It gapes and can not be sewn at certain points around the steering wheel. Other sections it works well but that doesn't matter if other parts can not be closed. Had to take off as looked horrid, and is a safety risk.
