I was very happy to speak to a representaive from this company today as a follow up to our negative feedback comment. This is great customer service from them inrelation to this issue. The problem I had with this product was from the shipping through Australia Post which caused the item to be bend resulting in them being slightly damaged. This problem was resolved by us during fitting the of gaskets to the vehicle. Better packaging would likley eliminate this issue happening again.
