It was a used item but was sold as brand new. Cut off cables, heat shrink cut off and scratches over lights. Advised and all they have done is try to avoid a refund and delay. Have sent back and have a tracking that states they have it and they still are not wanting to admit fault or pay back. Did not offer to pay post back and still have not refunded the money. I did send pictures to prove this all and they still tried to get out of it. Been weeks and still they have not paid back my money.
