Very hot burner, very happy with it.
This burner really pushes out the heat, very impressive. It's a good 5x hotter than our stove's "wok burner". It goes from zero to bloody hot in seconds. Your fried rice game will be raised to a whole new level..! Comes with everything you need (except the LPG gas bottle of course). Built in igniter works very well. I have adapted our BBQ so that it fits on the side of it. Need to make a weatherproof cover for it but otherwise, job done!This burner really pushes out the heat, very impressive. This thing goes like a rocket! I had trouble getting and maintaining the right heat level on my kitchen stove but this gadget is the bomb. If you need to get your wok hot to cook authentic Asian food at home the. Look no further. I would recommend for outdoor use only

Awesome burner.
Finally I have a *real* wok burner capable of cooking properly! A friend bought me a different model as a xmas present, which was only 13.5MJ. It just doesn't get the wok hot enough, so she ended up sending it back. This wok burner is 55MJ. The first time I used it, to season the wok, it was at night and no kidding - after less than a minute on high burn the bottom of the wok was literally glowing red hot! Cooks great. The veggies have that real restaurant 'fire' aroma and they're cooked without going soft.Finally I have a *real* wok burner capable of cooking properly!
