It does the job well. As long as you recognise the saws limitations, keep it sharp and let it cut its way through, as in don't force it, it does the job well! I am gonna change the chains to a better quality type which I think will make it punch above its weight.

Bought a few months ago , unboxed a few days ago only as was busy moving to my farm . Assembled Chainsaw , chain brake cover would not go on as could not release chain brake . Stripped chain brake handle , none of the linkages were lubed during assembly , lubed all the linkages , chain brake now working perfectly . Assembled everything , adjusted chain , filled up with chain oil and fuel . Started on third pull , all seemed fine . Allowed saw to warm up and plastic close to exhaust started melting and peeling back . Cut down a medium size tree (yes only 1) , when done , the chain brake handle had melted and fell off and the plastic covers were all smoking and blistering . Shut saw down , made sure my fire extinguisher was close by in case , waited 30 minutes , saw would not start again . I have binned the saw and went straight to reputable retailer and bought a proper chainsaw(orange) . This product should not be sold in Australia , it is exceptionally poor quality and a serious safety risk !Read full review

The saw is very hard to pull start contrary to the estart on the side. Once I got it started it did cut very well and was rather happy. I refilled it only to restart it and it ran at a high idle which ain't safe with a chain spinning rapidly. It felt down on power then and subsequent attempts to restart have been unsuccessful. I'm not sure what type of thin walled deep reach socket you need to adjust the mixtures but it's not your normal little flat blade screw. Bar and chain are good but saw is rubbish sorry. I've owned cheap saws before but this one is a let down.

Had to re gap spark plug as wouldn't start, still had issues had to take saw apart and adjust floats in carbie, real pig to start. Once started runs okay has trouble idling and stalls out occasionally. Leaks bar oil badly from where it goes onto the bar. Your better off saving your pennies and go buy a stihl or husky and atleast you know its going to be reliable and can use is strait away after pirchase. Had it for 2 weeks now and still having issues.

The bar is longer than 20". I had a spare 20" chain blade that will not fit. However I had a spare 20" bar which I fitted on and the spare blade fits as it should. Maybe the advertised length is in American inches?
