My lower rating only has to do with support for Windows 10 only. I installed the card into a modern Dell Latitude running a fresh install of Windows 10 and Windows couldn't recognize the device no matter what I did. I booted the same machine (it was set up to dual boot) to Ubuntu 16 (Linux) & the device worked like a charm, but Windows is the primary OS in use for that laptop, so, boo.

I have a Lenovo Z70 laptop that had the original wireless card in it. Lenovo doesn't list a wireless AC card to fit this laptop, so I took a chance based on the description and it worked perfectly! I was able to take advantage of the faster wireless AC channel from my office router. It really blew me away at how slow I was running compared to the speed I get now. I was around 15Mbps download speed and now I'm at 46Mbps with this card installed. It's a little bigger than the original card and I didn't think it was going to fit the adapter inside the laptop. Come to find out, the adapter is longer than the card that was in it and this new card plugged right in with no problems. As soon as I restarted my computer, it was a matter of connecting to the faster network and I was up and running in no time! Don't expect any information from Lenovo about this. Just follow the instructions for removing the back panel and the wireless card and you'll do just fine.Read full review

Inexpensive and just what I needed. The wireless card installed and was an exact match to the previous broken one.
