Product seems to be of robust construction. The "dacromet" coating appears a bit thin and patchy - certainly not as good as hot-dip galvanising. We will see how it lasts but it would probably take decades for corrosion to be a problem anyway since this is cast iron. Item was apparently not posted for over a week after order, so it did not arrive on time.
