The iPAQ 4150 is a solid little PDA. It is feature rich and light. Its 400 Mhz processor is plenty for the tasks you will have for it. It is running the Windows CE 5.0 and there are loads of programs online, most for free to assist you in organizing your life. There are also many games. You do have to watch the backup battery. If the main battery dies or is pulled from the unit, if the backup battery does not hold a charge, the unit will dump all information and go back to 'off the shelf' condition. The GPS unit is matched with nearly all versions of the iPAQ. It is compact and connects through the unit's bluetooth radio. Also, the gps unit has a great battery and is capable of transmitting to your iPAQ for 8 hours. This allows you to put the receiver anywhere inside the vehicle without tethers. The downside is that this unit's software must be loaded onto the iPAQ through your desktop or laptop. If your iPAQ does not sync with your full computer, you cannot get the gps software onto the iPAQ. For instance, I have a 4150 running CE 5.0 and a laptop running Vista. There is no activesync in Vista and if you try to load activeSync, it attempts to mess up your Vista settings. I had to go borrow an XP to get the gps software loaded onto my 4150. Normally, syncing to my laptop is not a problem for me as I simply use the bluetooth or the wifi radios to transfer files, but with this gps software, it required the activeSync program to open the files from the cd's and from there it would have been a simple matter to load them onto the iPAQ. The combination works well together, but you must have ActiveSync and that was impossible with Vista. I don't know if the gps is still being manufactured or if the software has been updated, but this was my experience.Read full review
Easy to get set up. Easy to use. It has a very good Wi-Fi that is better than the one in my Laptop. File storage takes some time to get a used to. Video runs a little choppy, but who has time to watch a movie or a vid while working? This unit will do more than I need it to do. bluetooth is not as easy to get set up but it does have advantages over the Wi-Fi. It's easy to get updates. E-mail don't work with Windows Live Mail, or anything other than POP3 and IMAP. I still haven't found a fix for that problem. Overall I have to say this is a very good unit.
It would have been nice to know in advance that this PDA would not work on Windows 7 and that it did not have it's own calendar software like my trusty old Handspring. This PDA relies on Windows Outlook, which I haven't used in years. Nor does it seem to have a way to link to Yahoo! or Gmail. It's totally a Windows product. So, even though I bought it for a very reasonable price, it's junk to me. And I'm not going to sell it to some other unsuspecting buyer. I did not answer any of the questions above because I could get the device working properly.

I purchased an HP Ipaq H4155 and have been very satisfied with it. The product provides an excellent way to help manage your time, contacts, and other pertinent information. The model has Wi-Fi, and Blue Tooth capabilities that work very well. The size is excellent, convenient and fits right in your pocket. The only draw back is the new Windows Mobile 5.0 has not been ported for this unit yet. But there are still a lot of Pocket PC apps available for this unit. It definitely helps make you more product.
I love this little PDA . , I know there are newer ones on the market but this model does most everything they do . Just a bunch cheaper ! this PDA has WiFi , Bluetooth , Word , Excel , And a ton of other included features and programs. I like the thin and small size but it still has all the power you will ever need. I have even downloaded movies and put them on a SD card and it steams them great ! You will not be let down with this PDA..
