This weekend was the first time that I had the opportunity to take this fantastic filter coffee unit out for a test drive. After using it, it is clear that perfection is in simplicity. Filtered coffee has been made similarly over the last few centuries and the Hario V60 is the culmination of modern manufacturing and traditionalist coffee percolating techniques. I took it to my friends' house, so I could test out his specialist coffee beans and he was also impressed with the quality of coffee that this simple unit creates. He will also be purchasing one in the near future. If you want great coffee, grab a V60 and some good beans! (we preferred the V60 made coffee over his aeropress)
