The jug performs well and adds a bright note when heating. It is fast but noisy - but then quietness presumably only comes with slow boiling. Can tend to spill if attempting to empty too quickly.

I purchased one of these jugs and found that after about 8 weeks the base rusted badly. I did not return the item because it had a throw away price and I could not be bothered with returning the item. I was told by you that you had sold over 580 pieces with no complaints. I have purchased well over 300 items from EBay. I am too old to lie about products or indeed about anything. If you were to use one of these jugs in your own office or home you will see that what I say is true.
