This item is fake. It's a rip off of the genuine product. Purchased this and one from hismile. I don't even know what they have put in it but I wouldn't trust whatever it is. Took 2 days before they finally issued me a refund after I sent photos comparing the two. Continued to offer ridiculous offers like 50 and 75%, and then had the nerve to offer sending another of the same fake product I was complaining about. Don't waste your money
