I honestly like the P90X yoga and actually find it a little easier (although it takes about 3 times as long to complete) because you don't have to go in and out of poses like Jillian has you do (although by doing this she allows you to get a bit of cardio). However this can cause some difficulties. Personally this is what caused me trouble. Bear in mind I've only done Jillian's routines a couple of times and the P90X yoga probably about 10 or so, so I'm used to that workout but I'm sure with more practice I'll enjoy Jillian's workout more ^___^ Overall it's a good yoga workout for those who are short on time
I knew being a Jillian Michaels DVD it would be tough. I was surprised how challenging Level 1 was, though! (Completely doable for beginners with modifications). This is perfect for days I can’t make it to the gym! Definitely got my money’s worth.

Definitely not for beginners but it's great for getting into shape. I was very sore after doing it, and I couldn't even complete all of the exercises (Not that I am in shape, but I expected to at least be able to do the beginner's portion). It is true Jillian-style yoga, so if you generally like her style of workouts (crazy hard!), then you will probably enjoy this. There are some repetitions with moves that make it unlike any other yoga I've experienced. A downside is the impact this workout takes on your wrists, which seems counterintuitive to what yoga is usually about (relieving stress and tension).
As a firm Jillian follower and a yoga lover I of course had to buy the Yoga Meltdown. I was certainly impressed on how much it worked out my body. This isn't like her other DVD's such as 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It is much more concentrated and "slow paced" would be the best word to describe it. Now I usually do her 40 min work outs because I feel more worked when I am done, so I thought that I would just ease through this 30 min one. Boy was I wrong. My arms and lower abs certainly felt quite worked out.I definitely think that fans of Jillian who want to try something new, and work out your muscles in a different way should get this DVD :)
This was my first Jilian Micheals DVD. I am a Cathe Freidrick fan. However, I loved this workout. I was dripping with sweat afterward which surprised me with it being yoga. I feel I got a "workout" not just stretching. I also liked that is was short. Great for days when you don't have a lot of time.
